Group Instruction

On March 29 - April 1 the Dulles Academy will be offering our 4 day Pitching and Hitting Camp from 10am to 3:00pm.

Enrollment is open for players 8 -14.

The 4 day camp will be split up in to two separate sessions. The first half of the day will be spent working on Basic and Advanced Pitching Skills such as mechanical development, pitch placement, and age appropriate off-speed pitches. The second half of the day players will work on Power Hitting swing development, learning how to use the body better to hit the ball more consistently, and fine tuning their ability to recognize different pitches; such as balls and strikes as well as off-speed.

Players will need to bring their Lunch.
